Owen is nice and was good at communicating to start with. However he unfortunately has multiple job running which means he is only here a few hours at a time, and not everyday. I am left not knowing when he will next be on site. The job started 4 weeks ago, but progress is very slow and quality is not as high as I would expect from a professional. Owen did some plastering himself instead of using a tradesman as he was let down, but there is a marked difference in quality from the professional plastering on the other walls. The tile's are being rushed with poor jagged cuts which is disappointing. I'm hopeful that Owen will come to rectify but haven't heard from him, I have asked what he can do, and when he will be back to progress the work. Owen asked for some Money up front which was paid and has asked for more money. I was of two minds whether to post this but feel it's fair to other users to understand my experience ahead of considering to use Johnsons plumbing serv

I undertake all aspects of plumbing and heating works. there are no jobs to big or to small for our team which has great knowledge and experience for the little problems, but also brilliant with tailoring each larger project to suit every customers needs and luxuries.
