"My electrics in the kitchen had tripped and my son and I were unable to diagnose the fault, leaving me without heating, hot water and any cooking appliances. I telephoned John who was able to come to me within the hour. Within a short time John located the problem caused by a previous contractor and took the time to explain all the implications of the fault. He liaised with the contractor and completed the repair very promptly. John acted with complete professionalism and with discretion and diplomacy regarding the previous contractor. I would definately use John again for any electrical work."
"John was really helpful in advising me over the phone on how to get electricity back to majority of the house following an issue with the fuses, caused by a dangerous old disassembled outside socket with a trailing live wire and the rain following the recent hot weather. Electrician, Liam, who attended to make safe the wire and install the outdoor socket was a very pleasant man, arrived on time, undertook the work quickly and efficiently and did a good job. Really fantastic experience and service all the way through and would definitely call on their services again."
