Before I asked MJ Taylor to service my boiler and mega-flow system I rang them and asked for a quote and how long it would take. (I have had other engineers before who have left within 20 mins!). I was advised it would take between 1 to ¼ hrs. When the engineer came, he was pleasant enough but worked at speed and was in a real hurry, rushing about. After only 30 mins he said it was done and left. Whether my boiler and maga-flow system has been checked and serviced properly, I really don’t know. After only 30 mins on site after I was told it would be double that, I have very little confidence.

Really helpful and informative service. Great communication throughout and the team at MJ Taylor plumbing were first class throughout would highly recommend!

Dan was fantastic in the job. He replaced the faulty part with ease and the central heating system came alive.
