"I was having significant electrical issues over the course of a week, which were problematic to diagnose. This was compounded by issues in identifying and accessing the live electricity source. I made 3 call outs and numerous texts all of which were responded to promptly and courteously. He genuinely wanted to help get the issue resolved, was very patient when there were delaying factors and was vital in resolving the main issue. The electricity provider had to be called out and confirmed the location of the issue was completely accurate and they are now undertaking works to resolve."
