"The works that was carried out on the old down piping on the side of the property. Chris did an excellent job replacing the pipes which were extremely old and leaking in various places. The works required collaboration with other tenants living in the flat and Chris did a great job ensuring that the works carried out did so without disturbance to others. He has been extremely courteous, prompt and the quality of the final product was excellent."
