"The RCCB kept tripping in our house since we'd had a new boiler installed with another company, and that company had been giving me the run-around on it. Excellent service from Kaza. They arranged to come round the same day to assess. They quickly figured out what the problem was and arranged to come back the next day. All sorted within 1 day at a reasonable price, and all fully explained. Everything was talked through first to make sure I understood and that I agreed with what needed to be done. They were punctual, friendly, professional and will definitely use again and recommend."
"VERY HONEST AND HELPFUL. GAVE THE BEST ADVICE AND TOOK US TO LOCAL SHOP AND THEY ONLY CHARGED FOR THE LABOUR. WORK WAS OF GOOD QUALITY AND THEY KEPT THE PLACE CLEAN AND TIDY. WILL RECOMMEND TO OUR FRIENDS. THEY QUOTED 200 FOR SHOWER REPLACEMENT AND WAS REASONABLE EVEN THOUGH AS A CUSTOMER WE WANTED IT TO BE A BIT MORE CHEAPER. GOOD PART IT THAT THEY FINISHED JOB WELL AND TILED THE AREA, FIXED COUPLE OF TILES WHICH WERE A BIT SHAKING AND THIS WAS OUT OF THERE WAY. WILL DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND WILL RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS. I WON'T ASK ANY COMMISSION AS THEY ARE DAMN GOOD IN THEIR JOB."
