Tile kitchen and fireplace half Worst tiler ever. The finish on the hearth is terrible. Couldn't match a simple pattern. I even said to him, if you dont feel comfortable doing it then please dont attempt it as the tiles cost me £250. I will be uploading a photo of the work. His communication is terrible. He hasnt got the experience to do any complex work and is charging the same prices as experienced tilers. I have tried several times to reach a resolution. He has refused to give me any of my money back. I have contacted mybuilder and they havent been able to resolve this either. I now need to pay to get these tiles up, buyt new tiles and now fund a new tiler.

My business is a solo tiling business. So far my experience is only what I have learned on my tiling courses; however I’m looking to further my business by doing local jobs. I am qualified to tile floor and walls. I also have the qualification to tile natural stone.
