Bill did a fantastic job of our home extension. We ran in to several problems along the way and he found solutions to them all, each time ensuring the design was solid before progressing. The project included steels underground, new foundations as well as building on an existing extension, fitting a bathroom, painting and Bill managed the project from start to finish. We had regular updates on progress and Bill was always quick to answer our queries. All tradespeople who worked on the project were professional and friendly. We’re very happy with the result and would highly recommend Lakes

The team at Lakes completely redid our bathroom, taking it back to bare brick, changing plumbing and electrics and building out boxing around a complex array of existing pipework. The finished product is beautiful with and excellent finish with superb attention to detail as always.

This is the second time I have been using Lakes Carpentry and Builders. Bill Lakes always deliver his project in the promised time line and within the quoted price. 5 days start to finish.Very organised and clean work. I will use him again.

Can't fault Billy and the team. They were punctual and tidy through out the project and communication was excellent. Very happy with the standard of work and the level of care taken and very happy with the end result. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend.
