“Bill did a fantastic job of our home extension. We ran in to several problems along the way and he found solutions to them all, each time ensuring the design was solid before progressing. The project included steels underground, new foundations as well as building on an existing extension, fitting a bathroom, painting and Bill managed the project from start to finish. We had regular updates on progress and Bill was always quick to answer our queries. All tradespeople who worked on the project were professional and friendly. We’re very happy with the result and would highly recommend Lakes”

Can't fault Billy and the team. They were punctual and tidy through out the project and communication was excellent. Very happy with the standard of work and the level of care taken and very happy with the end result. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend.
