I am sorry to say that I was disappointed with the work provided Appointment changed 3 times after booking Said had built a daybed before then built totally wrong Seemed in a rush the whole time which I think resulted in not following instructions Slats fitted to wrong side on top base and not interlinked with bottom base so bed collapsed when pulled out Not all screws dowels etc have been used which is a worry to me When asked did agree to come back out so was hoping I would be able to leave a more positive review Again cancelled first night 2 hours after was due Arrived with no tools and again everything was a rush Honestly think he thought I was making it up and tried to convince me that was how it should look but with help of photos, direct instructions and a borrowed screwdriver it now seems to work I do have my fingers crossed that whatever parts weren’t used are not crucial Hence my low score
