"The Husband may have released the air conditioning gas by moving said unit a smidgen too far.. (I kid you not!) Aran answered my call for help within minutes, the repair was done that same week. Not only was the repair done but he also serviced our machine which had been in place for 5 years, the guy who installed it told us it didn't really need servicing. Seems that's not entirely the case, I had cleaned the filters (just vac'd), the Hub made sure visible leaves were swept away. Aron is fabulous, we felt totally at ease with him being around, I would 100% recommend him and his work."
