My Grandson had a Conexis L1 smart lock on the only entrance to his flat and it failed to open. We contacted Lockrite and Adrian came to the propery even though he had a busy schedule. He tried is best to open the smart lock to no avail and had to cut the lock of the door which was no easy task. He removed the smart lock and fitted a conventional lock to our great relef. Adrian was very efficient and friendly and did a fabulous job. We highly recommend using Lockrite Newcastle who as the title states gave BRILLIANT SERVICE at a very reasonable price.
