Answer from tradesperson:
Laminate flooring for 2 bedroom flat Very poor job done. There is issues the bathroom door does not close and the kitchen strip is missing however he promised to return to do for extra £10 which I agreed to. He failed to return the next day. Then the following day I asked him if he coming he now has covid so cannot return. There is a small fitted wardrobe in the room too he stripped off the carpet then said if I wanted that done it will cost extra. The bathroom door he removed does not close properly. Please be aware this guy is a scam artist. He also wants to cash job. He made it extremely stressful now I have to find someone else to clean up the mess he left behind. I am not sure how my builder is having people like this on their record. Answer from tradesperson: So, can’t coming back to fit the strip with COVID! Wardrobe wasn’t included the price , and I have a message to proof that. The flat was dirty like a rat house !? How people can living there ? I will fit the strip and cut a door when I be back better after covid ! Reply created 2 Feb 2022
