Once construction began the staff were all very friendly and polite, they arrived promptly each morning and kept the work areas clean as well as being courteous to our neighbours regarding noise. (Our neighbours made a point to tell us this). We had a few issues with our kitchen supplier (Wren) but Ben and his staff were quick to resolve any issues that arose.
