The work ethic of the team is fantastic, they’re always on time and work so hard throughout the day, so friendly and really tidy. Cristi is a brilliant communicator and is always available to have discussions and offer advice, he understood our vision and goes about making sure it comes to life. It’s been such a flawless experience from the first meeting up until this point and we are so happy we found Malex via Checkatrade. The quality of the build is already visible and we are so excited to see the finished project."
"The job was tedious and complicated but Cristi and his team has done a fantastic work. Cristi has got an in depth knowledge about all the areas and none of his staff has rushed to finish the work.The work is now about to finish and the end results has been phenomenal. The team always comes on time and kept me informed about the work that they are going to do in next few days. The whole team is very friendly and listens to what we want to achieve. Cristi visits the site at least twice a day and make sure that the work is done accurately and according to the needs of the client. Thanks Malex"

Walked off site for no reason, having completed only half the works in contract, which was for a full refurb and extension, leaving us and two small children with an unsafe building site as a home. Along the way he deliberately overcharged us for work done which we later found to be substandard or incomplete and tried to overcharge us extortionate amounts for extras, several of which were already included in the contract! We are now having to find and pay new contractors to finish the project so overall will be out of pocket by over £120,000. Breach of contract and a huge violation of trust.
