They understood we knew nothing about the installation of fireplaces or stoves and were more than happy to carefully explain all aspects of the work that would be carried out, even before us committing to using them. They arrived when they said they were going to and charged exactly what they said they would - no hard sell or surprise costs. Two very friendly guys who we won't hesitate to have back when it's time for the chimney to be swept next year."

They explained everything carefully, including the prices for different scenarios, they were extremely polite and thoughtful and took great care not to make a mess, and to clean up. Their prices are extremely fair and they aren’t out to add hidden or unnecessary extras at all. We are thrilled with our new log burner and couldn’t recommend Matt highly enough if you have fire installing needs!"
