Highlights

"Demolition of a single storey free standing garage and removal from constrained site with limited access of 200t of site won rubble. Excavate surrounding ground and import topsoil circa 120t of topsoil, landscape finish topsoil. Break out concrete slab on driveway, and crush using own crusher to create recycled type 1 to be used onsite as hardcore back fill for next stage of build. Break up old garage base and crush concrete for reuse on site. Dig out base area for new garage and distribute the spoil throughout the site. Level garden area and bring in top soil. All work was carried out to a very satisfactory standard with a minimum of disruption. They came with all right machinery and their own tipper lorries. They made sure that things were discussed and offered expert advice. Overall very happy with a job well done."
