I locked myself out of the house and although i have a key safe the spare wouldn’t work because the key in the house was in the lock. My phone call to Surlock was answered immediately and the man explained that they were busy but would have someone out within two hours. In fact the locksmith arrived earlier and magically had the door open in a couple of minutes without damaging the lock. Great service and the price was reasonable too.

I emailed this firm as my PVC garden door's lock was difficult to open. Someone came on 3rd July 2025 and the door could be opened easily. The charge was £63.72 which I paid. The bill stated " All parts and labour are guaranteed for 6 months". Unfortunately, 16 days later, the same garden door became unlockable. I emailed asking them to mend the lock. The response that a charge would be made as they could not guarantee movement of doors or buildings. My reply was to ask whether their guarantee was worthless. They then said that as no parts were involved. I replied that labour was.

Had an issue with our front door not shutting properly, meaning we couldn't lock the door at all. Surelock Homes was at our house within 10 minutes of our call, and had our door fixed in 25 minutes. Gave us feedback on exactly what he did and what we need to look out for moving forward. The cost also came out less than what we expected based on other companies we looked at booking. Would definitely recommend, we will be booking them again if we have any further issues.
