Came out super quick to diagnose the issue with boiler,ordered the parts and fixed it next day! Did a great job at a great price and Ashley was very friendly and professional . Will definitely use again and will recommend to friends.

This was a very small job to provide a gas safety certificate for a small oven. The job was carried out adequately, it was just very difficult to get the inspection certificate. Despite paying promptly I did have to ask several times. However it was over the Xmas/ New Year period which could have been to blame. Better communication would have made all the difference.

My boiler started playing up just before Christmas. I contacted Ash at McCarthy and he sent one of his engineers round the next day. He was able to get the heating working OK but diagnosed an issue with the hot water side. Due to the age of the boiler I decided to get it replaced. Even though they had finished for Christmas they found a boiler and installed it on the 23rd. You don't get service like this very often hence the 10 out of 10. They went above and beyond my expectations and ensured we hade a warm Christmas. Thank you guys I can't recommend you enough.
