"Merriott Builders undertook a range of work of which the main parts were the removal and replacement of a major retaining wall in our garden and the removal of the stone facing off another retaining wall followed by the rebuilding of a stone face. The first of these was a challenging engineering job because the footings needed to be deep and the height of the wall was almost 2 metres in parts, to hold back the hillside behind. The work was done in a careful, methodical and workman-like way and completed without hitch. The result is excellent. Peter Merriott and Daren are very hard workers."
