"The second complete painting, skimming and decorating job that Rosen has undertaken. I cannot recommend him enough as all aspects of the job were done with care and attention. The preparation removing all the blinds and curtains was much appreciated. Taping and skimming where necessary. Contacting me and showing a video of the ceiling cracks that I missed and needed attention. Rosen then vacuumed everywhere from top to bottom and replaced all the window coverings.
