"I have used them three times and each time they have provided excellent service, have managed my expectations about when they would arrive and what they would do. Initially they came for a boiler service. During the service the engineer noticed a water leak on the ceiling and highlighted that our original cylinder would need replacing. A quote was supplied and they came and fitted it, removed the old cylinder and left the place as tidy as it was when they arrived. They have also replaced my toilet flush. I would recommend using them."
