"Mike did an excellent job replacing my cracked and leaking shower tray, going well beyond a basic fix. He added a custom wooden support beneath the new tray - something omitted by the original installer - and managed to soak and grind off the bottom row of vertical tiles from the plasterboard, avoiding the need to use mismatching pieces for the repair. He renovated the shower screen before reinstallation, even though the screen's fault was not related to the leak. I was impressed by Mike's thoroughness and skill. I'd be happy to use him again for any plumbing work."
