rewire 2 bed detached bungalow Avoid!!!!. Poor communication and unfinished work. that is paid for. The experience has been highly disappointing. Here’s a summary of how some things went: After making the payment in good faith even though some work was still to be completed, I had to constantly message asking when work would be completed. The work was never completed kept messaging excuse after excuse promises of 100% tomorrow then not showing, then calls and message ignored. I have asked to be refunded for the work not completed but no response to that request and no contact made. The lack of professionalism and communication has been incredibly frustrating. I advise against hiring him to avoid similar issues. Answer from tradesperson: Let me stop you right there unfinished work There is an outside light to be fitted that is all maybe if you had have cleared out the loft space for me to wire and fit the outside light it would have been done at the time of the rewire Everything else was done and working around other trades to get the work done. EICR for 2 rental properties Good and quick job done

EICR Test Cannot comment on the standard of his work as he did not turn up. He wanted to move to another day after giving one day notice which wasn't possible as I had the boiler service arranged for same day and I was travelling 80 miles that day to be there for EICR test. He said he would try and come in afternoon but didn't come and stopped replying to my messages. Had to rearrange and travel up another day .

Hot Tub in garden. Job quoted well below other quotes which I was delighted with. Having only described the job Johnathan knew exactly what was needed doing. Jonathan and his apprentice got started straight away. Not the easiest job but done in half the time I expected. Neat job and everything tidied up afterwards. Would certainly recommend and use again.

Replace double wall socket Posted job at 10pm last night. Small job just a replacement socket but he answered immediately. Called this morning re details, job done and dusted before 10am. Lovely guy, job well done.
