PME (Dundee) LTD

Prompt and efficient plumbing service from PME (Dundee). Plumber took the time to work cooperatively with me to problem solve best fit for a new column radiator on pipe work (micro bore). We are very happy with plumbing work associated with radiator removal and installation of new radiator. We would happily recommend!

The operative was friendly, helpful and competent. The only criticism I have is that I gave the office my contact details, and instead of phoning me to advise when access was required someone "cold called" and put a note through the door telling me to contact the office who were extremely helpful. Surely it would be better, for the company and the client, to phone the client and arrange a morning or afternoon to do the work.

My boiler is only 5 years old so not some ancient one . I have it serviced annually. The company failed miserably to do the job properly. They failed to respond promptly to repair the errors their employee made. They ignored both requests I made to make a formal complaint. The plumber who did turn up (never at the agreed time) didn't sort matters out and I'm not certain that the job has been completed because he was supposed to get back to me and never has. The only reason I paid my bill was so that I could have nothing further to do with this firm. Use this firm at your peril!!!
