This is the third annual boiler service we've had with this family business, they have proved to be friendly, reliable and fair, and will continue to use them. Very happy to have any work done by them.

Replied to my original enquiry quickly, and was able to attend the same day. Highlighted two possible issues with the boiler and fixed one of them. This exacerbated the problem meaning I had to turn off the heating altogether. They returned the next day and replaced two parts in my boiler. Within days the problem was not only back, it was now much worse. I was advised to ‘keep an eye on it’. They offered a couple of quick fix solutions, neither of which focused on actually fixing the boiler. I was left for days before they replied to my messages, and I felt very let down. Ended up calling in another plumber, who fixed the problem immediately.
