Matt was brilliant, really polite and knew what he was doing. Will definitely use him again and recommend him to others.
Polite, efficient know his trade
Matt responded promptly to my callout request and arrived within half an hour of our phone conversation. He carried out a thorough inspection of the issue - a leaking toilet - before clearly explaining the cause of the problem. He was able to source and collect the necessary spare part the same day, and within just a couple of hours of the initial callout, everything was fully fixed. Matt was courteous, professional, and communicated everything clearly throughout the process. His pricing was very competitive compared to larger companies, with no hidden costs. I’m a happy customer and wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again.
Very polite and got on with the job
Matt came prepared with all the required parts avaiable on his van. He got straight on with the work and was very proficient. I would ask Matt to do further plumbing work for me and wiuld recommend him to other customers.
