Absolute joke from start to finish. He doesn't turn up when he should and doesn't even let you know. He asked for cash upfront for materials but ordered nothing. Just to name a few, he didn't follow plans, used wrong blocks for the walls, screwed blocks to the wall, cement mixed wrong, wall ties incorrect, wrong DPC and at the wrong height, and a lot more. Building control officer condemned it and it had to be demolished. Put pics on personal Facebook mocking his own work he had done. Abusive when questioned. Lies constantly. Refused to refund and ignores all contact. Avoid at all cost!!!
