"I had booked for an engineer to come out from Neos to deal with a foul smell coming from my washing machine, which was also coming up into the kitchen sink. The engineer James very quickly identified the issue and thoroughly unblocked and cleared the pipes. I now have no more smells from either the kitchen sink nor the washing machine! :-) Id also like to praise the girls in the office Brooke and Fahima for arranging a very speedy booking, The customer service was brilliant from start to finish. All in all, a fantastic experience with a friendly professional team. I would highly recommend Neos Engineering to anyone needing a reliable and efficient service!"

Good job done on time and by a very capable and decent young guy, Ollie.
Fixed my underfloor heating and installed a radiator. Very easy to communicate with through process of obtaining quotes and work was completed well and in a timely fashion. Clean job and nice to deal with.
