Garden renovation Nigel did a fantastic job transforming my garden. He was vey particular with every aspect of the renovation and completed it to a very high standard. He and his men were really lovely people. I would not hesitate in recommending him.

Garden decking Nigle and his team were very pleasant and friendly to have working on my project. He listened to my vision of what I wanted to achieve with my garden, and was not afraid to give any ideas I had a try. I am very pleased with how it’s turned out. Very low wall to hold gravel in. What a great person to find in Nigel Bawden of Land LLP. The most meticulous, hard working, tidiest, kind, mindful and cheerful guy you could imagine. I was bowled over by how courteous and thoughtful he was when he first came to look at my garden. He listened attentively to my vision and was very mindful. Needless to say his advice was second to none and resulted in enhancing not only my garden but my well being too. I just love my garden now. Repair stone wall I can't recommend Nigel enough. Very transparent, kept me up to date throughout and carried out the work to a very high standard!

Revamp back garden Nigel was fabulous even on his first visit listened my ideas gave plenty of other ideas. Came when he said was polite and professional. Would have him again and again.

Kitchen extension/ Utility room I am very pleased with the work. It was just what I wanted. The job was done with care and skill. I was always kept informed about what was being done and when. Always friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend Nigel to anyone who required building work done.

Cut down and remove large climbing plant Nigel cut down and removed a huge unruly climber, together with its broken wooden fence support, from the side of our house. He dug out the roots and left the area neat and tidy. We also asked Nigel to replace the broken corrugated PVC roof and wooden door on our boiler shed which he did neatly and to our specifications, keeping me updated when I wasn’t around. Communications were good and very prompt and pricing fair. I’d be very happy to use him again and to recommend him.

Side garden Happy with the work Nigel carried out for me. Completed my garden in half a day and now got a lovely space for my son to play in . When above and beyond what I hope would of been achieved in the time. Professional and hard working.

Porch demolition and rebuild and internal alterations. I could not recommend Nigel enough. Nigel has worked closely with us from start to finish of the project always communicating through all stages of the job and has maintained the highest of standards and cleanliness throughout the build. Concrete repair Nigel was communicative at all times talked through the job and then i let him get on and complete ..not only that he completed little extras i hadn’t seen ..so proactive and excellent overall and will ask him in the future and recommend

Patio slabes Nigel did an excellent job on relaying the patio and rebuilding the gate post. He was very helpful in making suggestions about other projects I wanted done which Nigel completed for me at a very agreeable price.

Some sort of bannister. Punctual, pleasant, efficient , consulted me throughout to make sure it was what I required. no complaints at all.
