"Alex was great at communicating and went around me so that I could do the school run. He was bang on time, friendly and professional. He came with hhis apprentice and explained to the apprentice all the way through what and why he was doing something. The apprentice did some bits and Alex checked them. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing at the beginning and end to me. Overall ten out of ten. I would recommend him to anyone."

"Contacted Alex via check a trade. Alex promptly called me back. Once I explained the problem with the shower Alex requested if I could send him a photo of the shower. I sent a photo plus a video. Alex prompted called me back and text a message explaining how the issue could quickly be rectified. I was able to follow the instructions he sent and we have a working hot shower again. Many thanks to a honest genuine guy he could have easily have visited and charged me for the problem but no charge. Would definitely recommend and contact if we ever had an electrical problem.
