"James was superb. He gave excellent advice and had the shower taps apart in no time. He quickly identified that my purchased cartridge was incorrect and supplied me with a web link to get the correct one. He came back 2 days later to complete the job with the correct part. The pricing was very good and I would recommend this company very highly. He only charged me 1 and a half call out charges which was reasonable as had to go and come back through no fault if his own."
