Excellent service - carried out survey of our drains to help resolve a complicated rodent problem under our house. Found the source of the problem, fitted rat gates and then returned a few weeks later to fit bungs to cap off our old elderly drain pipes, left behind after an extension 20 plus years ago. We had a very bad kitchen sink blockage that others couldn’t fix, but Guy and Sam came today and did an outstanding job. They were polite, professional, and kept everything clean throughout the process. What really stood out was their patience and positive approach, even when faced with multiple difficulties. Amazing service!! Thanks so much to Guy and team, they came out quickly today as promised and diagnosed an issue with the mains sewer. They refused to take payment for the job as was the responsibility of the sewer company. Would highly recommend as Guy has previously helped to diagnose an incorrectly fitted drain which our housebuilder then had to take responsibility for fixing.

They did a great job on clearing out the shower drain and the waste disposal in the kitchen. The technician took just under an hour for both. He was very tidy and professional - no issues at all.

Guy and the team came to ours to do a drain CCTV survey. They were prompt, polite, and thorough. Talked us through all of the initial findings (and their recommendations when they analyzed the CCTV survey). They went over and above as we asked their advice about our problem with surface water and they came up with an alternative option and some companies to talk to that have solved our other problem. Just having the time to talk to people who understand the problem and work it through was invaluable.

I sent a WhatsApp message to Guy this morning, he replied politely and promptly with a cost and advised he could pop round this afternoon. All booked in, Guy sent me a message later this morning to advise he was on his way. He quickly resolved the blockage in my drain and confirmed what had caused the issue. Both Guy and his colleague were very polite and left the area clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Guy and his colleague arrived next day at the agreed time. All work (High Pressure water jetting and CCTV investigation) completed efficiently and in a friendly manner. Problem was explained clearly and discussed ways of dealing with any further blockage. Happy to recommend NRG.
