Avoid at all costs. Ripped me off. Built up the job, put pressure on to do the job straight away and didn’t fix the issue. No contact post work and unable to contact. Avoid!

Patrick pressurised us into agreeing for job, even though we backed out twice saying there was impending danger in not completing the job. No invoice given and was promised a 7 yr guarantee for job and that documents would be sent as soon as money transferred but nothing sent, even after repeated messages. I would not have got the job done had I known this before agreeing to job. Said it would take 4 people to do job, for 3-4 hrs, however it was 1 person completed job in 2hrs. Tenant was in property when job done and personally not there so Patrick took advantage of this and never be trusted again.
