"Clive was brilliant, we called at 8am on a Saturday morning due to a burst pipe and he was with us within 30 minutes, isolating the problem, replacing the problem tap which was under the floorboards. Clive had to cut some floor boards to access the problem, he cut the bare minimum needed to access the area and fix the problem and left everything as neat a possible when he finished. The sound of the saw was a little worrying from the other room but we could not have been happier when we saw work done.
