Please save yourself time money and hassle by avoiding. I spoke to a guy called param who was polite enough and gave a quote for £325 and we agreed on a date and time. He then noted there would be a £50 deposit but there is nothing to worry about as we are registered etc. So I paid. I asked for a receipt / invoice and he said he can't do that or he will need to charge more. I would also need to pay in cash or vat would be added if paid by card. I found this strange but thought no more of it given he promised it would be confirmed by his colleague
Absolutely horrendous service. Would never ever recommend, they didn’t get the animal smell out like I was guaranteed and they refused to come back to finish the job. Service was beyond appalling, ended up in an argument after asking to speak to the manager who never called. Avoid at all costs.
Brilliant service on an end of tenancy cleaning. Highly recommend it.
