Jack was great, really friendly, reliable and did a very thorough clean at the end of a tenancy in one of my properties. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Informed the morning when work was due to be commenced that one of their workers had called in sick and so they couldn't come. They then told me they would let me know in next 30 mins- 1 hour if they could come in the afternoon. Several text messages sent to them later they still have not replied 3 days later. Terrible customer service, would not recommend, and will not use going forward.
