We needed the flush system replaced on our old-fashioned side-lever toilet cistern. It turned out to be a complicated job because of the difficulty of finding parts to fit. The plumbers were polite, efficient and determined to solve the problem. Although it involved a second visit there was no extra charge. We're really pleased with the work done.

David was great from start to finish. Very professional and was able to overcome some major obstacles left behind by previous workmen. No issue too big to sort. 10 out of 10 and would definitely recommend
