"Simon arrived at the time he had said was very helpful. He explained what he was doing as he went along. He sorted out the problem quickly and very professionaly."

"Simon answered an emergency call in a matter of hours as we had no hot water due to a faulty immersion. He quickly diagnosed the problem - the immersion stat needed re-setting. He showed us how to do this ourselves should the need arise and advised what to do if the problem was persistent. He was polite and friendly throughout and gave us confidence in his resolution of the problem. We will certainly call on him again for plumbing services and have no hesitation in recommending him."

Be wary of a plumber who, on a first visit, says your whole system or boiler must be replaced — get a second opinion and an itemised quote (parts and labour separately) before agreeing to major work.
