He arrived on time, kept strictly to his very reasonable estimate and never lost his sense of humour, even when crawling through bushes our cats find tricky. Paul wasn't just our electrician, he was our design partner and problem solver, and he left us with a better lighting system than we ever thought up for ourselves.
