"When I booked an appointment I only had the connection of a washer dryer (as I had moved house) but found other plumbing problems since moving in (putting a new toilet seat on, replacing the shower flexihose and looking at a leaky tap and toilet cistern), Ross dealt with all of these for me without any complaint (bearing on mind he had only expected to be dealing with one problem not several) and did so in a very efficient and friendly manner, would highly recommend to anyone."
