"I was nervous using chemicals to treat the problem, however the nest underground nest was disturbed by a fox the previous night, and the wasps were on high alert and swarmed me in the garden when I was working near the nest leaving me with 2 nasty stings. Unfortunately something had to be done to protect my family and pets. Steve from the company contacted me in a mater of minutes of posting, and came the following morning. He was polite, friendly and efficient. The problem seemed to have disappeared in a matter of hours and next day there is no sign of any wasps at all"

"Steve was fantastic and really knows his stuff. Within 5 minutes of arriving at our property he found the entry point for the rats. Steve laid out multiple bait traps and told us within a few days we would no longer hear any activity. He was correct. Steve also gave us great insight into rat behaviour and gave us advice on how to stop new rats returning. Neighbours down our road are now facing similar issues due to new build construction happening nearby and we have happily passed on Steve’s contacts details."
