"Paper House Project submitted a Full Plans application to Westminster City Council seeking Building Control approval for the re-configuration and refurbishment of a 2 bedroom apartment in Pimlico, SW1V. I employed James to draw up architects plans for the renovation of a residential flat in London. He worked quickly and professionally and I was extremely pleased with the results. He liased with Building Control on a regular basis and provided constructive advice for many aspects of the renovation. I would highly recommend James and Paper House Project."

"A successful Change of Use application for a property in Egham, Surrey James has worked for me on two projects: 1. Change of use for a commercial premises. - Surrey 2. Planning Permission to convert commercial unit into residential units - London James' work is first class, reasonably priced, always delivers on time, could not recommend him highly enough, and will continue to work with him in the future.
