He phone me within five minutes of me posting the job, said he was in the area on the day (even though I marked "flexible" for the date/time) and that he'd call me about half an hour before coming. Sure enough, he called just before lunch and was with me less than 30 minutes later. He sorted the issue under the kitchen sink quickly and without fuss, pointing out what the builders/fitters had done wrong in the first place, and then when I mentioned another issue with one of the toilet flushes he took a look and fixed that too and told me how to sort it myself.
