Peter came out to fix a minor job but unfortunately it turned into a bigger job. He despite this fixed an unforseen issue and rectified the situation spending most of the day with his colleague doing so. A true professional who I highly recommend and will be using him from now on

Peter provided an excellent service and I'm ultimately very pleased with my new boiler. There was an issue after installation with a faulty part in the boiler itself (manufacturer's fault) and Peter went above & beyond to provide a great after sales services, regularly in touch with me and making sure the issue got resolved swiftly by the manufacturer. I really appreciated his support and expertise. I got several quotes and Pioneer were the most thorough, professional and best value for money for what I needed, including a great warranty. They also took time to recommend the best option for my property and needs. Thanks again.

Peter was really friendly and knowledgable on the job that he was doing. He explained everything in detail and reassured me throughout the whole process.
