I contacted Garfied at Pipewhisperers via Trustatrader and he soon therafter visited the job and explained what was needed after a failed Landlord gas certification. He replaced two separate old boilers that were in different rooms with a combi boiler and all the accompanying pipework leaving a neat professional instal. He was punctual, clean and great with photos and communication as I am a landlord in a different country. Both the tenant and I are very pleased with the work and how it was carried out. I have dealt with many tradespeople over the years and Garfield is the real deal. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I contacted Pipe Whisperers on the Sunday, and with Garfield's input, my blocked-pipe problem was fully fixed by 11am the next day. A friendly, wise and highly experienced plumber whose explanations and chat gave me lots of reassurance. I'll be recommending him to everyone I know around E12, E7. I had a problem with my toilet that there was a persistent leak from the inlet but it would have meant removing the toilet from the wall. Another plumber without looking quoted a very substantial call out charge and £50 every half hour with and price which is like 'how long is a piece of string'. Garfield came, inspected it and gave me a quote which he kept to and was half the price of the other. He did an excellent job. Based on this I called him out again in less than a week later to replace a radiator but the replacement only arrived after the toilet job. Again an excellent job Garfield initially was a recommendation and I have no hesitation in recommending him myself.

Garfield was very accommodating - came the same day and was extremely helpful and gracious. He unblocked the sink within 2 hours and charged the agreed 2 hour rate. There was some miscommunication in that he missed a message where I mentioned a leak in addition to the blockage, and did the leak repair for free. Would recommend.

Garfield is great! He has helped us with two jobs now. He was upfront with the problem, providing transparent quotes and went above and beyond on both jobs - installing a new sink drain and tightening our sink waste outlet. He is kind and considerate. He keeps us informed if he is running behind from another job so we are never left hanging.

I can’t fault Garfield and his work - he has plumbed in our washing machine, fitted a new dishwasher and been generally an all round great workman. Very professional, helpful, punctual and the work has been brilliant. Would 100% recommend to anyone in the area
