"I have recently built an extension onto my house and needed a new waste water and rain water drain to be installed. This involved digging out a trench and punching through into my existing manhole at the front of my property. Michael turned up on time and got to work straight away with the job. He came well equipped and the job went without any snags. Good communication beforehand also, a date was set. A top job, done well. Michale also gave me some good advice and information which came in very handy when speaking to the building inspector a few days later. Cheers Shaun - Wallsend"
