Highlights

"Single story side return extension Mark and team did a really good job on what turned out to be a tricky build. We didn’t have a side return in the end but we did have significant building work carried out with the removal of a load bearing wall and placing of RSJs. Mark was willing to work with us and let us carry out some of the work and be flexible which was helpful. There were some communication difficulties at times, but we always worked through them and we are happy with the end result."

Pivotal was set up just over a year ago due to taking on larger and more complex projects. i myself have been in the building trade for over 20 years covering all types of general building. our team are time served tradesmen who work to a high Standard. we are also members of the federation of master builders as we take pride in producing top quality work and are independently vetted by the BBA every 3 years. we cover all aspects of the construction but mainly extensions and loft conversions.
