Started well we agreed a daily rate until the loft was strip to its shell and inspected by building control. I asked for an invoice and paid it immediately. I then asked for the quotes as agreed. I got a quote for the staircase. Paul then said he could not give me a quote as agreed and wanted to stick to the daily rate. I spent money on materials etc for the next stages. Paul is not willing to continue saying I will not pay him. He claims that I have refused to pay another builder known to him. Person will not provide an invoice until I pay him and he has asked for this in cash.

Tried to contact the trades man about his services, he just hung up the phone and didn't even bothered to return my phone call. Poor customer service...
