Excellent professional service
I had a new conservatory installed with a solid roof and new windows. The whole process of choosing, ordering and installing the conservatory was very smooth. Everyone gave 100%. All the team worked in very hot conditions to demolish, replace and plaster the conservatory. Their effort and efficency was 2nd to none. Nothing was too much trouble. Kat was in regular contact making sure everything ran smoothly and to time. I would highly recommend Solarframe.

Highly recommend Solar Frame
I’d highly recommend Solar Frame. We recently had all our windows and doors replaced by them, and from start to finish the service was excellent. A big thank you to Gareth in sales, who was friendly, knowledgeable and never pushy. Stuart, the surveyor, was thorough and professional, ensuring everything was measured correctly. Kat, the project manager, kept us informed throughout the process and was always helpful and responsive. Special mention also goes to the fitters, Kris and Malc. They were punctual, hardworking, courteous and took real pride in their work. The quality of the installation and workmanship is excellent, and they left everything clean and tidy each day. As with any large home improvement project, there were a few hiccups along the way, but what really stood out was how quickly and professionally any problems were dealt with. Nothing was ignored, and the team worked hard to make sure everything was put right. We’re delighted with the finished result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Solar Frame to anyone looking for quality products backed by excellent customer service. A well-deserved 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very professional
The whole experience of using Solarframe has been a good one. The team have been very professional throughout the whole process of replacing our conservatory. The staff involved were Kat, fitters Adam & Connor, plasterer Terry and final sign off Carl. We would have no reservation in recommending Solarframe.

Amazing service & quality windows.

Great work
Kat, Dean and Dayne organised and fitted my new front door exactly when and how it was booked. To have a dedicated project manager to oversee the whole process was fantastic and the fitters were respectful, tidy and thorough in their work. I have been really pleased with the quality and professionalism of the work completed and the team!

Fabulous from Start to Finish
We were very well looked after by the whole team at Solarframe Starting with Steve in Sales who talked us through the product and process to Adam & Connor the fitters, Dave plastering, Garry electrical and finally Andrew the technician who cleaned and sealed to make job complete. Big thanks to Katie who co-ordinated throughout keeping us informed. Really pleased with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend

Friendly and efficient installation of windows

New solid Conservatory roof
Chooses SolarFrame to put a new solid roof on the Conservatory. The web site was easy to follow and well laid out. I sent an email on the Saturday, had a phone call on the Sunday and a Sales Representative came on the Monday to have a look and give me a quote. Everyone was slick and very professional. The sales rep. Arranged for a surveyor to come out the following week. The Project Managers who were looking after the installation were Kat and Matt and they both kept me informed as to what was happening from the Sales representative, Rob coming and the schedule of the work being done. Jon, the electrician came on the Tuesday to make everything save for the fitters. Dean & Dayne were very polite, explained what they were going to do each day. Daz came and did the plastering, very professional. The materials that they used were of good quality. The whole team from the office staff through to the installation team were great and very professional. The roof looks great and I would certainly recommend SolarFrame to anyone who was thinking of having a solid roof fitted.

Couldn’t fault Solarframe
We had a new roof on our existing conservatory, from start to finish can’t fault them. All the workmen were brilliant, professional and friendly, we had a problem with door shutting but was sorted straight away. I would definitely recommend Solarframe, we most probably could have got it done a bit cheaper planning ourselves but I took all the stress and organising out of it, having Solarframe, and that was worth it to us. From start to finish we had a project manager who phoned every day and kept us updated on when workmen were coming. All the workmen we spoke to said they liked working for Solarframe. I think that speaks volumes of them as a company.

A very happy client
All of the Solarframe staff that I had dealings with at the showroom, over the phone and on site were very helpful, understanding, pleasant and understanding to my requirements and questions. Any questions that I asked the workers at any stage of the building stage were answered and explained in detailed until I was completely satisfied. The staff that worked on site were friendly, respectful of my property and they did their job to a very high state of professional standard and I thank Solarframe for a fantastic service. I was kept informed throughout the building schedule of times, procedures and deliveries. Once again thank you very much for a fantastic service provided. I will recommend Solarframe at any time as a very competent company and also a fantastic team of very proficient workers that we had on site to build to a high standard overall. Once again - A big Thank You.

Barklay 11642
After using SolarFrame to fit French doors last year, we have now had the rest of the house's old windows replaced. Again from Sajid calling to discuss what we wanted, to Kelly & Matt in the office. But the two lads who fitted them cracking team, especially as one was outside in the rain. They were quick, efficient and cleared up. I cannot recommend this firm enough, including the excellent prices.

Excellent!
We've recently had several windows and our back door replaced by Solar Frame (job 11560). The windows included a variety- some small, some large, some triple glazed, and two different patterns of obscured glass. They all look amazing and we've noticed an improvement in heat retention immediately. The sales and fitting teams were lovely. I was particularly impressed that the team of two fitters managed to do 5 windows and a door from start to finish in a day. They made minimal mess and cleaned up before they left. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Solid tile roof replacement
We had our old polycarbonate conservatory roof replaced with a solid roof. To be honest we had a few hiccups along the way which delayed both the start date and caused the installation to overrun by a day. Having said that any problems were sorted out and the end result is fantastic. Jordan and Ben worked their socks off and Connor, our coordinator, was helpful and friendly despite my many questions.

Windows and external doors installation.
This was a very painless process from Gareth coming to see us at home to discuss options, to Mark and Steve leaving after the job was completed. Kat, our co-ordinator kept us up to date with everything as soon as a date was agreed for the work to be done. Steve and Mark arrived at the agreed time and cracked on with the task in hand. All the windows and doors were in before lunchtime, even the front room window which had to be rectified following a botched job by the installers of the old one. Had to admire the teamwork of Steve and Mark, Steve outside doing trim and finishing and Mark on the inside trimming and sealing. Poor Steve got a bit wet as it was the day of the mini blizzard!! Cleared up before they left, all the old doors and windows on the van and we stood back and admired their handiwork. A credit to Solarframe!! We are extremely pleased with everything and noticed a difference straight away. Customer Service at it's best.

Single storey extension
We wanted to add more room to the downstairs of our house, but extending at the back felt a bit tricky for the size of room we wanted. This was due to the ground being on different levels and the existing back wall having a bay window and drains etc. we asked SolarFrame to come and have a look and they were able to find solutions to all of the complications. They drew us up a great design and once we’d agreed what we wanted they managed the planning process. Once planning was approved we agreed a start date and Connor managed the process from there. We had a few additional challenges that cropped up in the build but all were dealt with and it was 7 weeks from start to finish (against an original 6 week plan.) The quality of the work is very good and we are very pleased with the result.

Professional Service
From start to finish very easy process . Always kept informed at every stage by Co-ordinator Kat , who also was available to answer any queries . Fitters Adam and Connor , plasterer Terry and Tech Andrew all turned up when expected and did a good job , with minimum mess and inconvenience to us . Very straightforward
This was a very straightforward business. From ordering the installation Solarframe has coordinated the errection of scaffolding, removing our draughty wooden windows and replacing them with good looking and weathertight new frames. Overall the work was tidy, though a good deal of sweeping was needed later (the job was done during a spell of very high winds).
